Using BUILT
BUILT keeps your company's job logs, progress reports, trade records, photos, and work hours together. This is a limited contractor beta.
Add BUILT to your phone
On iPhone, open BUILT in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open BUILT in Chrome and choose Install app or Add to Home screen from the browser menu.
Time clock
Open Clock, choose the job and tap Clock in. Start and end an unpaid break as needed, then Clock out. The running shift and weekly totals update automatically. Managers can correct a punch with a reason and export time entries from Timesheets.
Work and sync
Sign in with the same ChatGPT account on each device. Your changes sync when connected. Offline changes stay on that device until sync completes. If BUILT reports a conflict, review that device's unsynced records before reloading or clearing browser data. Photo uploads are temporarily paused.
Company and crew
Owners and managers have full access to projects, estimates, invoices, finances, plans, settings, and team management. Crew members see Clock, their own Timesheets, and Daily Logs for approved company jobs. Managers can correct time cards with a recorded reason.
Your records
BUILT stores job records in a company workspace and photos separately. Access to those records requires sign-in and company membership.
Beta pricing
Beta access remains free until a company owner chooses to subscribe. Optional paid plans are Solo at $39/month, Crew at $59/month, and Company at $89/month. Stripe shows the recurring price before the owner confirms checkout. Once a company starts a subscription, access requires that subscription to remain active.
