BUILT Privacy Notice

Effective September 22, 2026

BUILT stores the job information, work hours, receipts, and photos that users enter so company teams can work from multiple devices. This may include customer names, job addresses, subcontractor contacts, project notes, costs, time entries, and images.

Access is limited to signed-in users who belong to the company workspace. Owners and managers control team membership. Crew accounts receive logging access and see only their own time entries; managers can access company records and team time.

Company owners may request deletion or correction of their company data through the BUILT owner. Avoid entering Social Security numbers, card numbers, health records, or other information BUILT does not need.

BUILT may update this notice as the beta changes. Continued beta use after an update means the current notice applies.
